As required by the rules of the trade, all ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euro. For items in sale invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Please note that with all the Extra UE parcel, customer may occur on Custom Fees as regulated on its own Country

DATE OF DISPATCH

Orders are shipped from ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT inTerni, Italy from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday the next morning.

ITEMS AVAILABLE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

The orders of the products available are shipped the day after the order from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 (Orders placed on weekends are dispatched the following Monday). In all cases, ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order can not be delivered for reasons of force majeure. Please note that during promotions and sales you can check for delays in shipments.

ARTICLES IN PRE-ORDER

Pre-orders will be charged and billed for carrying on the day of 'order during office hours from 9:30 to 17:30. Shipments will be made the day of arrival of the products in store.

Your order will be shipped when it arrives from a supplier, which will be within the date which has been published online at the time you placed your order. Delivery from the supplier, may vary.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT with the tracking number and a direct link to www.ups.com to track the shipping status.
In case of delay in delivery, customers will be notified directly by shipping curier and / or ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipments of ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer.
Once the shipment reaches its final destination, the goods are no longer insured.

AUTHORIZED DELIVERY

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the parcel.
If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to the sender any shipping charges, charged to the ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason, the packaging looks tampered with, clients are asked to sign the receipt, subject, or to refuse delivery. In case the shipment is accepted with a not authorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the office local of shipping curier and contact ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT at assistenza@elsa-boutique.it.

If for any reason the shipment can not be delivered successfully at the address provided by the customer in the sales contract, the package may be returned to you at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by ELSA-BOUTIQUE.IT
