Returns must be required within 15 weekdays of the order delivery date.
Returns European Union
- The FIRST RETURN charge is free within European EUROPE.
- The SECOND RETURN cost is charged to the customer. (based on our suppliers'shipping costs)
- The shipping costs for the return of the package are charged to the customer when the order was placed during sale.
Returns Extra European Union (Return for shipments outside EU)
- EXTRA-UE Returns must be paid by the customers and possibly shipped by EMS.
- EXTRA-EU Returns customs taxes will totally be paid by the customer
- All customs duties will be charged to the customers through the order refund.

Pack your order in their original box to be sure you that items are safe
ASK THE RETURN
Contact us writing to the email address assistenza@elsa-boutique.it or call us at +39 0744 409256 and request the pick up of your parcel
COURIER
Once you prepared and closed the parcel the courier will come to pick it up
GET THE REFUND
In a short time, as soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive back the amount you spent for the order, using the same payment method you applied to place the order.
